Jesus puts us on a mission to reach the world He died to save. "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world," He tells us, "but to save the world through Him" (John 3:17). Inspired by these words of our Savior, we at Mount Olive will be spending time in 2019 seeking a better understanding of our mission and striving to share Jesus' love with the people in "Area Code 317" (the greater Indianapolis area), in other parts of the U.S., and even to ends of the earth.

Let's prepare our hearts for the coming of Jesus during this season of celebration as we spend time in God's Word! The Savior who came once as Bethlehem's Babe will come again as the Last Day's King. On that future Day, He will come in great power and glory to raise up both the living and the dead before His throne, and to give eternal life to all who trust in Him. He comes to us now by His Word and Spirit to draw us close to Him in faith. "Oh, come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord!"

Never Alone >> 9.16.2018 thru 10.21.2018

In this six-week message series, we will open God’s Word and see how Jesus is at work in our lives, even in the many struggles we face. Despite how we may feel at any given moment, we are never abandoned or without hope. Never alone, we are connected to Jesus as He struggles for us and promises to be with us in the trials of life.

Summer 2018

During the summer months, let's travel together through God's Word and see where Jesus takes us!

“For You + In You + Through You: Jesus Gives the Holy Spirit.” In these messages, we'll look at Jesus’ words in the Gospel of John, chapters 14-17, and see what He tells us about His saving work and what His Holy Spirit will accomplish in our lives.

Revelation: Enduring Hope for Tired Souls

Journey through the apocalypse of Jesus Christ as recorded in the final book of the Bible: Revelation.  Under the Holy Spirit’s inspiration, the Apostle John wrote down these words of prophecy so that tired souls might discover anew the enduring hope we are freely given. Join us at Mount Olive as we get a better understanding of this 22-chapter book and grow together as followers of Christ through our message series, "Revelation: Enduring Hope for Tired Souls."
